We are not a contractor, we do not perform plumbing work, and we do not employ the technicians to whom we refer calls. All work arranged through this site is performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for their services, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship.

When you call the number on this site, we gather basic information about your needs and refer your request to an independent local professional. We may be compensated by those professionals for the referral. The professional, not this site, provides any estimate, sets the schedule, and performs the work. Any agreement for services is between you and the professional directly.

We do not guarantee that a professional will be available at any particular time, that any specific service will be offered in your area, or that any professional will accept your request. Same day and emergency dispatch are offered where available and are never promised as a certainty.

Everything on this site, including service descriptions, FAQs, and guidance about water lines, is general information, not professional advice. It does not replace an on-site assessment by a qualified professional. If you smell gas, leave the home and call the gas utility and 911 from outside: that instruction overrides everything else here.
